cvs2: what means the brown color?

hi, what means the brown color in the new cvs integration?
it should be possible that i can define directorys/files that are not unaccounted for the cvs. like execlude from compile in the project properties -> Compiler. Or it should be possible to define the directorys/files that are allowed for cvs. i post this because i have the problem when i delete a file(especially the log-file of my app) in my project path(the log-file is in the lib directory (there are my compiled src...)) idea starts the cvs and will remove this file from the cvs... it's so pesky!!!
