How to expire changes

IntelliJ marks which files and lines have been edited, which I love. However, I have edited and re-formatted some files to the point where every line and file is marked as edited. How do I reset the status so that IntelliJ can make a fresh start of which files it considers to have been edited?

I usually work with version control (subversion). In that case Idea removes the change markers when you commit.

I guess however that you can use the main menu's "Version Control -> mark Project as Current".

Woohoo! Thanks! I was afraid I wouldn't get any responses.
