Aurora's strange Run panel behavior when exception thrown

In Aurora when you run a program inside of IDEA and get an exception,
the Run panel doesn't want to close that panel as it still considers the
Run panel's process active. Is this intended as a new feature? It is a
change from 3.0, but I'm not sure I care for it. I'll write up a bug but
wanted to check first.
