gulp-browserSync vs JetBrains chrome extension for angular app

I am trying to setup a development environment for an angular app. I found that inside webstorm is possible to setup a run/debug configuration for javascript that will use the jetbrains chrome extension to debug javascript and update js, css and html in real time, or using the built-in plugin for gulp and using something like browserSync to update browser in real time.

Which one do you choose and why? Is it possible to combine the two things? Other options?

Thanks in advance!
