Why not put launch script also inside IDEA installer release?

We have a group of developers using IDEA here, in order to make sure everybody has the same and up-to-date environment settings, we need to call the launch script (idea.bat) to start IDEA. While the installer release on Windows only has the idea.lax file, we always have to take trouble to wait for the zip version, like right now the build 698 only has installer version.

Hopefully we can get always get the zip version, it gives you much more control, we can even put it in to version control system, a sync will update everybody. Meanwhile, how about also put the launch script inside your installer version? I would think this is a trivial thing.

Thank you.
