JSP edit performance problem in Version 6

I have upgraded my IDE to version 6.0.1 recently, I found when I was editing JSP, the application respond very slowly (in version 5.1 is relatively slow but not like this), the CPU usage will spike to 100% on regular basis.
I already adjust the idea.exe.vmoptions to:
-Xms384m
-Xmx512m
-XX:MaxPermSize=99m
-ea
Is there anything else I can do to improve the performance?

IIRC correctly there have been JSP performance fixes in 6.0.2, so you should try that.

The 6.0.3 EAP has even more JSP-related fixes. You should probably try 6.0.3. Here's where to get it:
http://www.jetbrains.net/confluence/display/IDEADEV/6.0.3+EAP
If you still have performance issues-- even just the level of slowness you experienced with 5.1-- it would be great if you could file an issue on it.

I just installed 6.0.3 EAP, the improvement is quite noticeable, I'm rather happy
