Build 802 doesn't see anything in <%@ page import ... for JSP

as soon as I specified target JDK as 1.4.1_02 in Project Properties/Paths (I
had 1.4.1_01), similar problems disapeeared

I have JDK 1.3.1 as targed for the project

#802 was removed and put back 692
