PhpStorm cannot save settings

I have PhpStorm installation located in my home directory (Linux). It keeps saying it cannot save settings, it's really annoying. Has anyone else had this problem?

Can you please attach the screenshot of the error?
What's the exact version of IDE/OS/JDK?
