Make and compile

Hello,

is it possible to just make from a knot in my package-tree? When I do compile from a knot, it always recompiles all files in that subtree. It seems impossible to just do a make for a particular subtree.

Other problem: When I do a "make projekt", it always tell's me there is nothing to compile even when I just made changes to one of the source files.

Regards from Germany
Hans

Yes it is not possible and not needed because project-wide make does the job. If your modified files are only in particular package,
project-wide make will do exactly what you want.

Make compiles only those source files that belong to the project and are not explicitly excluded from the compilation. Please check
your project configuration.

That did the job. The root of my source path was not in the projekt pathes.

Thanks,
