How can I associate velocity live templates to the velocity filetype?

I have live templates for velocity and a syntax-highlighting template registered for .vm file extensions.

I can use the velocity live templates with the following contexts: html, xml, jsp, java and 'other'

Here 'other' means those extensions registered with the 'text' file type but I don't see how I can register it to the 'velocity' file type..

Any ideas
