Please fix feedback page's title

After uninstall IDEA (to install newer version ;) ), the uninstaller will open a browser window with URL http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/uninstall/ to ask for feedback. But its title is "IntelliJ IDEA :: Plugins", not "IntelliJ IDEA :: Uninstall Feedback".
