library settings

I just installed some new hardware, and after rebooting (Win 2000) my Intellij license was invalid. After renetering the key, all my libraries that I have created in Project properties -> Libraries are highlighted red, and not valid. Files structure hasn't changed. This also happens when I copy a project to another machine with identical file structure.
Any Idea why this happens, and is it possible to edit the Library without starting from scratch. Edit is greyed out when library is invalid.

Thanks
Maynard
