"The volume does not contain a recognized file system" errors in console tab when debugging

When debugging files I have recently started noticing these errors being frequently printed out in the console tab:

The volume does not contain a recognized file system.
Please make sure that all required file system drivers are loaded and that the volume is not corrupted.

Can you give me any idea as to what might be causing these errors?
