preverification in j2me

hi,
i m using IntelliJ for developing midlet(j2me projects). when i preveifiy the source code through AntBuild that time errors arise.
Preverifying D:\j2meprojects\NewForm\bin\temp.jar
JAR file creation failed with error -1
The preverified classes if any are in tmp41.

if nebody know how to configure or solve this problem pls mail me.
