html tag code completion ?

Hello,

is it real that IDEA has no html code completion that far? or did i miss to set up my ide correct.

E.g. when i'm inside a ]]> tag, i want to see a list of the possible attributes like "cellpadding", "cellspacing", "border" and so on.

I this is missing, when is it part of IDEA? Version x.y?
