What is build 700?

It's the first build of Aurora (the next IDEA version).
Aurora's EAP will start in approx. 2 months.

EAP usually starts in 2 months because we need some time to rearchitect
several large subsystems/implement possibly dangerous things/experiment with
some ideas.

The bugs listed as fixed in Build 700 would seem to be fixes that you'd want to release to the world, (not just EAP). I mean a lot of them are error/syntax checking bugs that would be very useful to every developer. I guess I'm requesting that these same bug fixes be included in the 6xx series of builds.

6xx series is freezed for features. Only major bugs are fixed in 6xx series.
