Project will not complete indexing

I have one project that will not complete indexing since the upgrade to version 8.  Other projects do not have this problem.  I have tried erasing cache to resolve the problem to no avail.
I was wondering if anyonyone had a solution.

I've thought of trying to delete and recreate the project but I don't see a way ro remove the project. Does anyone know how to do this.

My next idea would be reinstall PHP Storm but that seems to be a extreme measure I should be able to avoid.
