It's quite natural that CVS integration reacts on changes in "own"
project. Therefore if you configured two projects with overlapped roots,
then each integration reacts on changes. In your case that is the files
in server/src/api directory.
It is just a nevcessity to have two projects with overlapping roots.
I am developing a server and a client, and the project dir is the same.
Having two projects is the only workaround that allows me to run classes
with different classpaths - not to mention the luckily rare occasion
when I debug the two process concurrently.
So the problem is very annoying for me.
