JSP Debung with IntelliJ3.0

Hi all

Well EAP seams to be over but I didn't find an other place to post my question.

With the IntelliJ Plugin for Tomcat (I use version 4.1.12) I managed to debug a Web App Projekt. But the debugger stops only in .java classes but not in .jsp files. What can I do? Is there a place to tell IntelliJ or Tomcat that JSPs shall be debugged too?

Thank's for any hint.
Kind regards Roland

Hi Roland,

The integrated plugin only supports Tomcat 4.0.x according to the JetBrains team. You can find further details about this in the J2EE (EAP) forum.

JSP debugging is not available for Tomcat 4.1.x because of the percularities
of this Tomcat version. Please search J2ee forum for further information on
this issue.
