Additional "Project" settings

I'm just working on yet another test / demo project (I'm learning a bunch of different web technologies over the Christmas break) and I realised that WebStorm's Project Settings page could really aid the programmer, where currently it does very little except set up resource folders:

One useful project-specific thing would be "file types per project".

In a web project, I really only want a few files to choose from; the rest just get in the way:

Komodo has a pretty decent set of overrides per project:

I don't know WebStorm well enough yet to know what else could go here, but it's food for thought.

Cheers,
Dave

Project-level file templates support can be expected in next WebStorm version (see https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-27486).

Actually, many properties are set on project level (see https://www.jetbrains.com/webstorm/help/configuring-project-settings.html?search=project)

This looks great! I'm downloading the EAP to check it out now :)

I checked out the EAP, and although I saw the project settings, they do feel a bit spread about the place.

It would be gret if there was a dedicated Project panel in settings (as there is at the moment) and if not sub-panels, at least links to the project-specific sub-panels in other sections.

Cheers,
Dave
