Deployment: Multiple FTP folders for one project

I reinstalled my system and started a new project and ran into some troubles with deployment.

I have a shared project that contains two different (local) web root folders:

/project/htdocs/
/project/htdocs_api/

both folders are mapped to different local folders in the deployment settings:

/project/htdocs/ -> /var/www/vhosts/www.[hostname]/htdocs
/project/htdocs_api/ -> /var/www/vhosts/api.[hostname]/htdocs

First problem: When I select "Deployment" the menu lacks the option to compare server side and local files.

Second problem: When I want to upload a file I have to select "Deployment", then "Upload", then select the single option that pops up. PHPStorm know there's just one option, but it doesn't use that information. Before the new setup I was able to upload the file right away without selecting the server.

What is causing these problems? Testing the SFTP account settings had positive results, I can login and upload files with PHPStorm, it's just really uncomfortable and missing the compare functionality.

Can you please provide the screenshots: Tools | Deployment (http://i.imgur.com/Y6632hj.png), also Tools | Deployment | Configuration | Mappings?

Maybe Tools | Deployment | Automatic upload? Or Tools | Deployment | Options | Upload file automatically -> on explicit save?
Or you can assign the shortcut: File | Settings (Preferences for Mac) | Appearance | Keymap or File | Settings (Preferences for Mac) | Keymap (for versions that are earlier than 8.0.2).
