A probjem with scr.zip not being found

Please submit this issue into the Tracker. And also do not forget to attach
the log file (see the message from the dialog attached!).

I have a question that someone may have seen. I noticed, around EAP

version

665, I was having a problem with IDEA not being able to load the src.zip
file during startup (it is looking in the correct location). For example,
uninstalled 663 and installed 664...it asked for name and SR# and it

worked

fine. Then when I got 665 I did the same, I uninstalled 664 and installed
665 only this time it did not ask for my name and SR#...well...ok...I went
ahead and tried to run it and it started to load the libs and then when it
got to src.zip it just sat there churning away on my HD. The sequence
continues, I then uninstall and get 666 and it asks for my name and SR#

and

again loads and runs fine. This sometimes happens every other version but
then again it sometimes it has skipped a version. I now have 668 and it

has

the same problem.

Also, when it finally stops trying to load the src file it comes back with
an error "An eternal error occurred. You will need to restart..."
I have attached two jpg files that show these problems and I wanted to run
it by some people here first to see if it is user error of some kind

before

reporting it as a bug.
