From build 666 you are able to save the config files to a directory
specified by yourself.
Maybe you have placed them in a new directory and you then have to
copy them from the old directory to the new one.

From build 663 i guess the default config directory was changed from $HOME/.IntellijIdea30 to $HOME/.IntellihIdea, (substitute $HOME with %HOMEDRIVE%/%HOMEPATH% in windows). So you have to rename the directory (or copy).

If you're upgrading from build less than 660, than just copy your current config directory to $HOME/.IntellijIdea

Hope this helps.

The config change started earlier, because I was given that option also
while installing 663. I chose the same location for 666 so didn't need to
copy any files. Only the codestyles were lost in the upgrade. (but
luckily I had backed them up).
