Slow exiting from running app

Is it only me, or exiting a running app is much slower than before (I'm at
666) ?

I used to press alt-f4 in the app, and then press control-alt-f4 to close
the run tab.

Now, when closing the run tab, I get always asked if I want to close the
running app - it takes about two seconds for it to stop.
