ScrollList Wrapping is confusing and unhelpful.

I've noticed that when bringing up lists like CTRL-F12 I can wrap from the end to the beggining using the up and down arrows. This is blowing my tiny mind as the list suddenly changes completely. I am now scared of the beginning and end of the list and am forced to wallow in the the safety of the middle. Can you please have a vote among yourself on the usefulness of this feature/bug.
