Resource Bundle Editor (like IntelliJ)

We have several properties files in our projects for localization and handle them like resource bundle files in JAVA (http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/webhelp/editing-resource-bundle.html). Are there any plans to integrate the resource bundle editor in PHPstorm? Is there any other plugin? How does PHPstorm support I18N in PHP applications?

I 2nd that!

Would be sad if I had to stick with eclipse just because of the lack of an editor.
Hopefully there are plans to migrate the resource bundle editor from intellij to Webstorm / PHPStorm.
