WebStorm always starts a new Chrome tab when debugging since Chrome v37

WebStorm no longer seems to be able to reuse the existing Chrome tab when restarting a debug session since I updated to Chrome v37 (which I need for some graphic bug fixes in it).
Is there any time scale for a fix?

what is your IDE version? Chrome debugging is broken in 'old'  IDE versions since Chrome 37.* release due to some Chrome API changes incompatible with javascript debugger
The fix is included in WebStorm 9 EAP

WebStorm 8.0.4.
I thought it was supposed to update automatically, but when I clicked Help/Check for update, it said "Connection failed. Please check your network connection and try again.". My network connection is fine!

It's technical maintenance issues with server, sorry for inconvenience.
Anyway you can not update from the inside of IDE - no patch updates  are available for 8.0.4. If you like to try WebStorm 9 EAP, you need to  download it from http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/WI/WebStorm+9+EAP
