can't save scss file

i don't understand why i have this behaviour ( see capturescreen )

Hi there,
No clue -- have not seen it myself. Possibly acess rights issue.
Please check idea.log for possible details (Help | Show log in...)
P.S.
Based on screenshot, IDE is trying to save file in temp file first .. and then replace original one with that one. You can turn off such behaviour to see if this will do any better: "Settings | General | Use safe write"
