can't refactor with Perforce. IDEA 4.5.4

Hello all,

I use IDEA 4.5.4 and Perforce Integration Using VCS API 0.9.5b

Even I want to start modify any file IDEA doesn't apply / sends "edit" to Perforce.
It doesn't refactor as can't modify read-only classes and JSPs.

What plugin I can use to be able work with Perforce?
How I can make it works?
What I'm missing?

p.s. I've tried 3378 - didn't work for me.
