JPRINTOUT PLUGIN - First reporting embedded in IDEA IDE. With flash demos

JPrintout Intellij IDEA IDE plugin is the first professional reporting embedded in IDEA.
Set of flash demos help to catch up main stream of using software in a few minutes,
learn principal features, and get intuitive grasp to start using it straightway even without reading help!

Wow - thats looking pretty neat - just been watching the flash demos.
Looks very easy to use and run - I assume the reports are saved into an
XML format? Or is it some other setup?

Can the designer be run outside of IDEA (we have a guy just loves his
Eclipse ).

Another thought I had was pluggable datasources - i.e. from XML or
Hibernate ?

Report templates are saved in xml format and have clear structure.
Easy to understand and make changes directly in file.

Yes, JPrintout designer can be run as a standalone swing application,
and jprintout.jar can be added to a project in any IDE, and used from user's code.

It's easy to use your own connection or data source implementation in our reporting.
JPrintout has simple interface
com.sqlly.dataresolver.datasource.interfaces.ITableDataSource
Implement it and then you can use it from designer choosing Script data source type and instantiate your data source there, or from user's code using
IDReport.addTableDataSource( String name, ITableDataSource dataSource )
