Code Reformat Behaves Differently After Comments With/Without Keywords

Hi,

I noticed that the reformat tool behaves differently after commends depending on whether or not a keyword follows.

Example:

gets reformatted into

But

gets reformatted into

I prefer the latter behavior. Is there a way to get the second behavior (new line after comment) also if there is no keyword that follows the comment?
