Setting the color for TODO in Irida

Just downloaded Irida build 3339 the other day just to familiarise myself
with the new IDEA, when I copied my exiting configuration from IDEA 4.5 I
happened to notice the colour of todos had regressed back to the basic blue.
For the life of me I can't find how to change the colour settings for todo
anymore - it used to be under colours&fonts and the Java syntax settings..
has it moved to another tab? or a completely different settings panel?
