Scopes and JavaScript Libraries

Is there a way to define which JavaScript libraries to include in a particular Scope? When developing Node.js applications I like to separate the client and server side code into different Scopes. I also usually define which JS Libraries relate to each scope (Node modules on the server side, JQuery on the client etc).

When I go the JS Libraries tab, I see the "Manage Scopes..." button, but I can only specify the libraries by folder. Is there a way to specify Webstorm Scopes here or is "Scopes" in this instance just a poorly chosen term meant to encompass Files/Folders?

No. You can't use scopes defined in Settings/Scopes in javascript library definition. Library scope can only be set for files/folders
