Check in the complete directory structure at once in TFS

Can someone provide me the steps for checkin the complete directory stucture at once in TFS . Currently I have to add each individual folder and then the respective files .
So For e.g  say I have below structure
Folder A
     Folder B     
          A.js
          B.JS

I just want to addcheck in Folder A and rest of hierarchy should be checked in implicitly .

Of Couse I can select the multiple files at once using Ctrl and checkin but is there any other way .
