Enter and tab key won't work in HTML

Hello,

I seemed to have done something in Webstorm whereby it will not allow me to use the tab or enter key to move lines around in HTML. I can use sapce and also enter text. It as if it is locked to try and keep the formatting? I can edit in other files such as javascript just fine.

Any ideas how to unlock the HTLL pages so I can edit them properly?!
