Browse CVS repository shows only files
Browse CVS repository shows only files and not the modules on the CVS server. If I check the CVS server manually I can see all the directories and CVS reports my modules, but IDEA only shows all the files in the root. Check out from CVS does the same thing.
I use CVSNT.

What version of CVSNT you are using? In one of the latest versions, they
changed something in the protocol.
Just curious, does SmartCVS 4's Checkout wizard shows you every module, file
and directory?

I checked with SmartCVS and it showed the modules as expected. I use the latest CVSNT available on their website.
Could you please open CVSNT's control panel, switch to the tab
"Compatibility", select "Emulate '-n checkout' bug" and try with IDEA again?
