Error notices remaining on window screen with PhpStorm EAP 8

I wasn't sure what the tech name is for the error notices. I can report as bug if needed.
I tried Invalidate Caches/Restart but it keeps coming back. I cannot hide them or move them.
When I get too many I just have to restart to clear the document window.

Anyone else having this error? I'm on a Mac with Mavericks.
