Scrolling Screen to cursor?

I'm wondering if this is at all possible:

Let's say I have a document and the view in Webstorm is just showing it from the start, so line 1 is on top of the screen. I put my cursor on line 15. I want to now push a key that would make WebStorm scroll to line 15, so line 15 is on the top of the screen. I'm used to this functionality from the ISPF editor on IBM's z-Mainframe, and it's a very handy feature.
