Junctions and Read-Only Problem

I'm working on a project where most of the developers are using Eclipse and the project structure is in a single tree but with two modules in it .

To organize corectly the folders for an Intellij multi-module Project i used the tools Junction (I'm on Win2K) to make Links.

We also use ClearCase as software configuration management.

The problem is : When i Check Out a file with ClearCase the file is Write enabled on the system but Intellij don't detect it and prohibit me to modifify the file.
