Refactor -rename class broken when references are many

I have been a great fan for intellij. Really thoughtful nice product. I upgrade from 4.03 to 4.5 last week. I have never had problem with refactor using it. However, 4.5 seems to have a bug - when I try to rename a class (interface containing many constants) which have referenced by many classes and jsp's, IntelliJ failed.
Basically, it first shows the search dialog box then hint window pops up. After the hint window close, the original refactor (rename class) dialog box stays and nothing has been renamed.

I have try to either check all 4 check boxes (search comments, search non java files...) or uncheck some of them, which doesn't seems to have any effect.

BTW, I have successfully renamed many other classes with much less references. These are all fine.

Help from JetBrains will be much appreciated!

I hope zipped idea.log file (from system/log) would help.
