I don't think so.

You could, of course, assign *.cshtml pattern to HTML files in "Settings | File Types" .. but it will not treat ASP.NET specific tags correctly (unless your files have pure HTML/JS/CSS and contains no such specific tags).

Hello!

I can only suggest associating *.cshtml with HTML in Settings/File Types. But note that embedded razor syntax will cause errors - there is no way to get it recognized by WebStorm. See also http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-8067
