Why was my bug marked "Do not fix"?

What do you mean "where is the problem"???
I think I've made it quite clear that having to do a rebuild through IntelliJ every time we make changes to UI forms is unacceptable for us.
We have complex packaging procedures that have to be performed to run our applications so we need to run Ant in order to rebuild. Running the Ant task takes around 2 minutes. Building with IDEA takes around 1,5 minutes so that's 3,5 minutes for each build when we change GUI forms.
That's the problem!
