Per-Project File Encoding?

Howdy,

I just learned that editing *doze files with Umlauts on a Linux en_US box screws those files.

Question: is there a way to set the encoding on a per-project basis? I found a corresponding setting only in Settings->IDE->General and I do not want to introduce the *doze encoding in my other projects.
