Failed to transfer file because it is a not a file.

Hi there,

With me it happened only once or twice during PhpStorm usage (using it since pre-v1) -- and that was with Linux based FTP. Don't remember this happening with any of my MS Windows IIS servers (v6, 7.0 and 7.5)

In any case:

1. This ticket seems about the same: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-6742
2. You can collect detailed logs ( http://devnet.jetbrains.net/docs/DOC-1202 ) and either submit new ticket (in case the issue is different to the aforementioned ticket) or attach them to the same ticket -- should help corresponding devs to possibly figure out the possible cause.
