Hi there,

now is file not refreshed.

1) What do you mean by "not refreshed"? I assume it still shows old content?

2) Does it necessarily to be "via command line"? Why?

3) To refresh files from within IDE use " File | Synchronize"

1) yes

2) yes. file is generated when you write new method and refresh browser page. i dont want every time cliick synchronize in project tree.i dont need open that file. only refresh for autocomletion work.

1) As far as I'm aware PhpStorm has no synchronize command issued from command line (at very least I know none)

2) The automatic synchronisation is already available: "Settings | General | Synchronize files on frame activation" -- happens when IDE receives focus from another app/desktop (i.e. on Alt+Tab)

3) In cases when automatic synchronisation cannot spot changes (for whatever possible reason: because project has many files; or OS specific/disk-specific issue (i.e. slowdowns because of Antivirus; heavy disk activity etc); or whatever else) the manual synchronisation is available (File | Synchronize)

P.S.
You can use built-in terminal (upcoming v7) or command line tools functionality (especially this one) -- IDE should be more accurate/persistent with detecting changes/finding new/deleted files when executing commands from here.

I think you (possibly) misunderstood me.

By "use command line tools" I meant "Tools | Run Command..." functionality -- use it to execute your commands that you use to generate your code (the idea is to do it from inside IDE rather than from outside). That's of course, if command line tool was used in first place. http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/PhpStorm/Command+Line+Tools

As far as I'm aware ... when any command gets executed via Command Line Tools, it should automatically sync after it was completed (at very least it's my impression)

is there command for synronization?

File | Synchronize ??

or is it in ide some comand for show last runed commands list?

Sorry, I have no idea what this one is about.
