JScrollPane with JTable

Hi Intellijents!
I've got to do a little pop-mail prog and therefore I want to implement a simple ScrollPane with a JTable in it.
But I don't get it working.
The Problem is that the Table, doesn't show any headers, and I dont't how it works with UIDes. Could anyone of you out there help me, please.
