Angular "symbols" in webstorm

I watched the Youtube video by John Lindquist about "Mastering the WebStorm IDE for AngularJS".  It looks great but I am running into one issue.

He showed using Navigate > Symbol to jump to symbols in the source code which looks awesome.  My problem is that with Angular the "symbols" I want to jump to and find are the names of controllers, services, etc.  These don't seem to be picked up as symbols.

Ex:

angular.module('myApp)

.controller('MyController', function($scope) {
...
});

Is there a way to do the same thing as Navigate > Symbol but to do it for all text in the project?  Basically a quick popup find/search that lets me quickly step through files?  I would like this even if Angular symbols worked as it would be nice for finding all sorts of things in the project.

On a related note, John showed how when you are stepping through the files in the symbol search results you can pull up the quick definition so you can see where the result is in code.  Is there any way to make it so this is always up by default?

Thanks.

Hello!

There is currently no way to use  Navigate > Symbol to jump to Angular controllers, services, factories, etc. Please feel free to file a request for this feature to our issue tracker, http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/WEB

Did you try 'Find in Path' (Edit/Find/Find in path, Ctrl+Shift+F)?

Sorry, not sure I follow you... You can hit Ctrl+Shift+I on a symbol occurrence in Navigate>Symbol dialog to see the definition and then Ctrl+Enter to jump to source... Not sure what should be always up by default?

Is there a way to make it so I don't have to hit Ctrl+Shift+I in the results from Navigate>Symbol to see the definition but instead always have the view of definitions up everytime I search for symbols?  (ie. I always want to see the definition and don't want to have to hit the key to bring it up each time)
