Possible to "exclude" folders from inside a plugin .jar file?

The php project I'm working on has a class named HttpRequest.  Everywhere this is referenced, I get a warning: "Multiple definitions exist for class HttpRequest".  The conflict is with a class in jetbrains php.jar, for the php plugin.  I know I can get rid of these warnings for duplicate classes that are both in my project files by marking the irrelevant directory as Excluded.  But I haven't been able to get this to work for the "directory" inside the jar file.  Is there any way I can tell it to ignore the HttpRequest inside php.jar and get rid of this warning?

Thanks!

Hi there,

Exclude bundled file from .jar? -- No. Unless you edit that .jar file yourself (which is just a ZIP archive). But it will be overridden on IDE upgrade .. and overall it's not recommended way to go.

I was afraid of that.  Ah well, I guess I'll just go on ignoring those warnings.  Thanks for responding!
