Default project folder

aim

is to change somehow this default location, for example to let it be
D:\MyIdeaProjects\Tests\[ProjectName]\[ProjectName].ipr.
I couldn't find a way to achieve it, is it possible? I have IDEA 3.0.5
running on WinXP.
