A Problem for IntelliJ IDEA Project

I need to run a Java program in a IntelliJ IDEA Project
but, in Project\Src dictionary,I have many other program
I just want to run one of those, not all of them
how can I change setting? or how should I do??

My dictionary structure is like

MyProject\Src\MyPackage\HelloWorld.java (I want to run this one)
MyProject\Src\BookSample\....... (Many booksamples in there)

IntelliJ IDEA will run All Java files in BookSample and MyPackage
and that will cause many fault.
I can't move BookSample out ,
Because, sometimes I need run BookSample one by one, not at once.

This sittuation confuse me for a long time.
Somebody help me, Thanks.

I think that in the project properties you have an option called run/debug
where you define the main class to run.
Hope thats helpfull
